Yesterday was Father's Day, my third without my dad. I think about him everyday, but especially recently. I have been having dreams of him, heard several songs that I usually don't hear that remind me of him. I mean, when was the last time you heard "play that funky music white boy" on the radio!? I know he is in a better place but it's hard not to miss someone you loved so unconditionally!
On a lighter note, we had an awesome day at the river with Travis' dad, mom, brother, sister in law and all the kids! The kids got pulled behind the boat on the new raft their Papa and Mimi bought them, swam in the pool and finished off the day with a feast...low country boil! I hope all the dads had a great Father's Day!

Looks like ya'll had an awesome day!!! And who doesnt LOVE a good low country boil? Now i'm officially hungry. That Red Mango for lunch just isnt doing the trick apparently, lol :)
